Community Supports (CCSI)
Flexible, community-based support at $30/hr. We manage the caregiver relationship end-to-end so your participants get consistent, compliant care.
Mi Via — Self-Directed
Self-Directed Care, Fully Supported
Lift Family Care supports Mi Via participants and their guardians with the administrative side of self-directed care. Your participants stay in control of their care and budget — we handle payroll, taxes, compliance, and daily caregiver pay so everyone can focus on what matters.
Less Admin, More Support
Lift handles all payroll, tax withholdings, and W-2s for your participant's caregivers. We take the administrative burden off your plate so you can focus on your participants.
