DD Waiver Services

Family Living Provider (FLP)
We hire, train, and manage live-in caregivers at $144/day. Families choose their own caregivers — we handle compliance, payroll, and weekly pay.
Customized Community Supports — Individual (CCS-I)
Flexible, community-based support at $30/hr. We manage the caregiver relationship end-to-end so your participants get consistent, compliant care.
Self-Directed Participants
We're a Mi Via vendor agency too, statewide — payroll, taxes, compliance, and daily caregiver pay, with the participant in full control of their care and budget.
